Bharat Karsaliya moved to Houston in 1995 with his wife Aditi and they are proud parents of 2 daughters, Anaya and Arhana. BK joined family owned company Niltronix where he remains CEO and is a well known business man in the community. In addition to his business acumen, BK is also well known for his humility and philanthropy and sits on the board of various organizations including the VPSS board of trustees where he is also the Grand Benefactor, the VVM board of directors and is also a trustee and Grand Benefactor at Vraj Pennsylvania. Upon the start of Covid, BK immediately jumped to action to help out the Indian population and started the Breathe India fund through his nonprofit Sarras foundation collecting over half a million dollars in donations which was sent to help hospitals in India in addition to countless masks and breathing devices. BK enjoys spending time with his family in his free time and also volunteering at various locations including VPSS haveli, VVM and the Houston food bank.

After moving from New York in 2007, Amit Bhuta settled in Sugar Land with his wife Bhakti, daughters Hirni and Puja and parents, Nalin and Jyoti. His passion for service and hospitality drove him to become a Director of Operations for Eddie V’s Restaurants where he has been for 14 years. Amit likes to spend his free time with his family and also volunteering at the VPSS Haveli where he is on the board and the kitchen team as well as other duties. In addition to VPSS, he has also other volunteering experience including Vraj Camp as part of the kitchen team, VVM overnight field trips and Carnivals. The most important thing in his life is his family and he tries to teach his daughters the same values that his parents taught him which are to be a good person first and foremost, have faith in our Lord Krishna and treat others as you would want to be treated.

Anaya is currently a junior at the University of Houston majoring in Finance and Marketing. She has previously counseled at the Hindu Heritage Youth Camp and has been a long time volunteer of VPSS Haveli Mandir . She can’t wait to put together the Vaishnav Youth Retreat and meet all the campers this December!

Parth is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Computer Engineering and Liberal Arts. He has been a counselor at the Hindu Heritage Youth Camp for a few years, and served as Director this past summer. He is really looking forward to putting on the Vaishnav Youth Retreat this December!
